Hi, I'm Anna, founder of Clean & Comply.
With over five years' experience in residential lettings, I've worked closely with landlords, tenants and property professionals, gaining first-hand insight into the challenges of property compliance and the ever-changing responsibilities that come with owning and managing property.
I hold the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and
am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Through my work in the property industry, I developed a passion for compliance and helping landlords understand what is required, why it matters, and how to stay one step ahead.
I founded Clean & Comply with a simple goal: to make property compliance straightforward.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me paddleboarding, enjoying coastal walks, watching speedway, playing tennis (badly), or spending time with my teenage daughter.
